1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all purchases made on LogicVeda Learning. By enrolling in any course or purchasing any digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

LogicVeda Learning provides digital educational services. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are subject to strict eligibility conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel enrollment within 7 days of purchase, provided eligibility conditions are met. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@logicveda.in.

• Cancellation requests submitted after the refund eligibility period will not be considered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only if:

1. The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
2. Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
3. No certificate has been issued.
4. The course was not purchased under a special discount, promotional offer, or bundled pricing (unless required by applicable law).
5. Refund approval is subject to internal verification of account activity.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall NOT be provided in the following cases:

1. After 7 days from the purchase date.

2. If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

3. After certificate issuance.

4. For downloadable digital products once accessed.

5. For promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers.

6. If access was suspended due to policy violations.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If approved:

1. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

6. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate transactions, users must notify us within 48 hours. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting LogicVeda Learning support first may result in:

1. Immediate suspension of access.

2. Permanent account restriction.

3. We encourage users to contact support before initiating payment disputes.

8. Policy Updates

LogicVeda Learning reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
